What to expect
Together with clients, Nicola explores their strengths and challenges, their preferred way of being and identifies goals for therapy or coaching to guide the development of a therapy or coaching programme. The number and frequency of sessions will vary dependent on the complexity of the programme.
Nicola works in a collaborative, holistic, systemic and person-centred way, including family and significant people for encouragement and support when appropriate.
Nicola combines Speech and Language Therapy practices, coaching and psychological approaches that help people to achieve the goals.
“Nicola encouraged me to say what I wanted and to accept some stammering as just part of me”
